Hello, My name is Terri Lynn & I offer community support as a Birth & Postpartum Doula.
My passion lies in helping people access their inner strength, vitality and resourcefulness. As a doula, I do this through perinatal education, emotional support & community connection. As a thoroughly trained and experienced Reiki Practitioner, I do this through both in-person and virtual Reiki sessions. (If you’re curious what Reiki is you can visit this page).
Overall, I believe we each hold a thread to be woven into the greater fabric of life and that together we can fulfill a collective vision of connection & sustainability. More specifically, having access to safe spaces in which to be seen and heard during pregnancy, birth and the postpartum period can be crucial to a healthier experience. This can provide greater opportunity to feel witnessed and appreciated in wholeness.
